I did not hear for certain if our team flew home immediately after our game on Saturday. I assume they did as classes are in session and if not they would have missed 3 days of classes. It is a shame that they will have to fly back to Illinois again in just a few days. Does anyone know for certain what the situation is?
Did the team come back to RU after the Illinois game? I assume they did.

I assume they arrived back Saturday night, back to normal scheduled practice today and perhaps tomorrow before a quick flight to Chicago tomorrow.
Bad scheduling by the B1G. They should have scheduled the Illinois game for 12 noon on Saturday, and then the NW game for 7:00 on Monday so that our team could have stayed in IL. I thought that was the whole point of scheduling IL and NW back to back.
It sort of worked out though because coach doesn't need to be away from his family at this time
unfortunately tomorrow is going to be a bad travel day so its going to be tough getting up to Newark and then who knows if their flight gets to take off on time
They typically practice at home in the afternoon then depart later in the day for a game that starts in the evening the next day. Shoot around at the visiting building is usually a morning affair day of the game at the visiting arena
Interesting how different coaches attack travel. Penn St. is a brutal bus trip. This year, the lax squad is doing a light practice at RU, charter to Penn St., play, come home. I guess you can do that for such short flights.
