Give me a break. We played 8 guys for 3 freaking OT's / T H R E E (3) of them didn't score (if it wasn't for fouling, Goode wouldn't have shown up at all). What happened to DJ tonight was he hurt? Lewis's Rebourds= HEART....must have played like a beast. Only 5 players scored.....amazing. How tired were they, how much does it hurt to come this close and

I'm going to watch this one. I'm going to agonize over what could have been BUT CELEBRATE what the team accomplished.

EJ will be coming back. So will Doorson. So will Diallo. So will Freeman.

There is some talent coming in....put that on the court with Corey/ let him do his thing. 12 assists, 39 points, close to a triple double.

This IS a moral victory for RU, Eddie / team (they didn't give up).

Prediction: we WIN a game or two this season.

Corey and Jonathan Laurent were outstanding and both are freshman. Foreman and Daniels both played poor games. Foreman made 3 nice drives and each time didn't finish. Daniels also didn't score and had a couple terrible passes that resulted in layups on the other end. I feel very bad for our kids getting nothing to show for their effort again. They are still fighting hard. I hope they can pull out a win or two yet.

Agree with the OP. Some things moving in the right direction. But lets also keep in mind who the other team was. We still need to fix the big man issues against those big giant other top 10 Big Teams and not sure we have that figured out yet. BUT I very much enjoy what we have in the 2 frosh and where Williams is going!

I never said anything about his ability. I just found it odd that you asked for unconditional support immediately after doing the opposite. And you're right it's obvious to anyone who watches that he can't contribute now, just don't think it's right to publicly encourage a kid to leave the University.

Swain, hate to say this, but you're part right...and part wrong. I am asking for RU fans / alums to SUPPORT THIS TEAM so I see your point.

However, I just don't consider Goode as part of the team. He's a place holder.
He tries...I watched the game list night / thought he was a related to Claude Rains: he's invisible.

Sorry to be saying this...but he doesn't belong.

If we can't find a 4 year candidate, then give to a big grad transfer...or hold it till it becomes worthwhile.
