This. He won't be drafted as a return man.
Better to build his stock a WR next year and improve his draft ability in '18.
Teams don't draft return men anymore.

Why is Carroo struggling in the NFL?
I'm sorry but can you please explain your source for this.alledgedly he has a child and may be feeling the pressure to look for money to support his family now..
Grant is quick but not fast. I don't think he will run a 4.5 40. Hill ran a 4.24.
Lol. sooo glad you're not an nfl scout
Didn't he get hurt on a play where he was caught from behind? Grant is super quick and has great acceleration. But his top end speed is not there. He can be a great slot guy but needs to prove his hands first.Lol. sooo glad you're not an nfl scout

You're insane if you don't think Grant will run a 4.5.
He's already 23 and will turn 24 in the fall. NFL careers are crazy short, particularly for speed and quickness guys. There are only so many earning years and the most certain way to lose one of them is to stay in college. Those who think he should stay are recommending that he start his NFL career in a year when he will turn 25 during the season. That means if everything goes perfectly he'd have a 5 maybe 6 year career. He's gotta go now.
True, but in an irrelevant way. We're not picking a 23 year old off the street and asking whether he should declare for the draft. So, sure, Grant should first seek advice on whether he will be drafted or get a shot at a camp. And if the answer is yes or as close to yes as he wants it, and he wants to give the NFL a shot, then his age matters. At that point, he'd have very little reason to stay and lots of bad things that could happen if he does--loses an earning year from his potential career, gets further injured. His age shouldn't be a factor in leaving. Either you are good enough to make a team or you aren't. That's the only thing that matters if deciding to stay or go. Degrees can be secured in the offseason
Because there are 3 guys ahead of him on the depth chart?
He's a rookie in the NFL, he's not struggling
