Flood's Emailgate Next Steps

Is this email issue settled with Flood or is there a pending NCAA review? If so, is there a timeline for that review? Is there a chance that the NCAA finds him in violation and, if so, would Flood be subject to further punishment with the possibility for termination with cause?

Just a few questions for those that are tracking this better than I am.
