On the assumption that this season doesn't work out lets start throwing names around. I did this on this very board around 1999 with Greg Schiano (then of Miami U) and its with mixed emotions I was proved correct. I'll start with a name that may have no interest in a college coaching job but if Coughlin gets canned after this year if the G Men don't turn it around, I'd love to have a meeting with: STEVE SPAGNUOLO
