Giovanni Rescigno the next "Ryan Hart"

I'm just thinking out loud here but.. Remember 2002.. team was god awful. The QB's completely ineffective. Hart comes in with 5 games to spare, with a young coach and things start to look a little bit brighter.. Granted they are two completely different types of QB's.. But Hart made us respectable..

Ryan Hart was serviceable and probably underrated in my opinion.
