Meanwhile, Monmouth U sold out their home opener-4,000 fans, and a big push to get buses of fans to the game vs. Rutgers.

What a friggin disaster mens BB is. We could actually have no coach and do just as good. You would almost have to try to be bad to be this bad for this long.
It is pretty brutal. But, the only way to get a big time HC here for MBB is to upgrade, upgrade, upgrade! No one wants to be HC here unless they just truly love Rutgers like EJ, but it is clear here stinks at being a college HC, good NBA HC but those skills haven't translated. We will always love him for the player that he was and for even taking this job, but he is not the answer.We need that training faculty to get finish asap. No top recruit will rough it at Rutgers when they can live it up, pretty much anywhere else.
Rutgers will be the underdog against Monmouth which is another reality check on mens basketball in NJ
