Has Harbaugh replaced Franklin as the most despised football coach of Ru fans? If so, there is good reason to. In my opinion, he's just plain creepy.

I like what Harbaugh is doing. He's just a relentless personality. You can't argue with his results. It's easy to hate success.

B) With Harbaugh it almost seems like he is just doing it to see what he can do - I mean, wouldn't we do some of the things he is doing if we were asked (i.e. WWE raw?)

Harbaugh is kind of a slime ball but he's a heck of a football coach and taking advantage of every opportunity that he can. There's not a genuine bone in Franklin's body and he's just not that good of a coach.
I never understood this argument from our fans. Franklin is 2-0 against RU and has owned us in recruiting since he arrived. I was flat out embarrassed after the PSU game last year... How exactly is Franklin being there a good thing for RU?
Because being 2-0 against Flood doesn't in any shape or form mean you are a good coach.
Every school in our division is a rival. But we will always hate Penn State the most no matter who their HC is.
It'll be interesting how long Harbaugh stays at Michigan. Would not be shocked to see him try for the Colts gig in a year or two if Pagano keeps struggling.
Two years ago, we had that game won. Up 10-0 at half and should have been at least 13-0 if not 17-0.
We had SEVERAL chances to win, even with horrible QB play, but our defense shit the bed in the last series, giving up two ridiculously long plays to allow them the comeback win.
Last year, we were underdogs, then played horrible on top of that without our head coach, and it got ugly.
We absolutely should be 1-1 against them...we beat them this year if our QB and LB play is even half decent.
Franklin all alone at the top. 2nd place is not even close.

I thought when he wore out his welcome in San Fran that he was done in the NFL. They've been godawful since so he may well get another chance.
my answer is based on the question: if I had to take one or he other as RU's coach, I'd take…….. I'd take Harbaugh in a second. Sure he's goofy and weird, but he can flat out coach college kids and doesn't have that oily, smarmy film on him that Franklin has. If you imagined Harbaugh's sideline theatrics while wearing a Rutgers sweatshirt, you'd love him.
