Harbaugh was just hit with a show cause order by the NCAA for illegal recruiting among other charges during the COVID Period. Michigan was charged with lack of oversight. This is beside the charges against the present Michigan coach, the coach directly after Harbaugh. Since Harbaugh is in the pros the charges hold no punishment for him or the university.How is this possible? Lack of oversight is a Ckass 1 or 2 violation.
