I don't know what will happen with Flood, I suspect he's done.
But you should have a lot of choices of coaches because there will be a lot of turnover at the end of the season,
possibly before. Golden, Strong, London to name a few.
if they fire him theyll do it 2 days before national signing day.. or something like that.

I don't think it will necessarily be quick but its the logical next step to justify a firing for cause.
Everything is speculation. But honestly I hope he's gone. I'd like to put this behind us and get a headstart on our uphill battle for redemption.

You'd probably have to make a mid-season change to contact agents as Flood's own agent, Jimmy Sexton, has been dubbed the most powerful in college sports. Chances are that Sexton also represents potential RU targets. Plus, RU leaks more than a 100 year-old roof that's been hit by a bomb, too.

Yes but he isn't his only client. I can assure you if he has a client who wants to coach at RU he would reach out on his behalf. Richt would have many suitors to choose from
Ethically, however, Sexton would have to let KF know that RU is making inquiries about replacing him. At least that's how I would read the Rules (assuming Sexton has a law license), but I'm not a certified agent so I can only guess how these things are handled.
Bro, how many years of declining recruiting, guys leaving the program, losing to teams we should beat, sticking with a failing QB because "he's our starter," flagging defensive play, week after week of unexplainable implosions, and the bar being lower every year than it was the year before is it going to take before it's enough? Please, my man, we should have beaten PSU last year. Last year's game was a gift to them, and the one thing that made them bowl eligible. This year we should have beaten them like a rented mule and got housed, humiliated, by a coach that so much as put his junk in our mouths when he said Rutgers and Md. can't compete and he will own our states. Losing to him two years in a row is enough to fire Kyle. He can't recruit, he can't coach, he can't beat Penn State. Check and mate.

I live and work in dc and am an outgoing Rutgers fan.. not one person has mentioned the email, secondary, or Caroo to me, ever. Not a one. Trust me it's not a national headline. One outside the lines half hour and a little BTN coverage does not equal a national controversy.

I'm not a lawyer but either are many agents. I doubt anywhere in Sexton's contract it states he can't work on behalf of his other clients.
Sexton can work on behalf of all of his clients, but he'd have to apprise Flood of the conflict.

The loyalty to this guy by a few - very few - is stunning. Nothing wrong with it, at all, it's everyone's personal choice/preference, which I'm fine with, just surprised that some are still taking such a positive stance with the shenanigans he's pulled on top of everything else.
