Ash performed well in his introductory news conference, while newly hired athletic director Patrick Hobbs had his first real introduction as well. Both seemed prepared and competent, which should be a starting point for jobs like that but is a huge step up from what Rutgers had in Kyle Flood and Julie Hermann.
You have Steve Politi (sp?). We have Doug Lesmerises! At least he wasn't as snarky in this column.
The biggest mistake in his article was in referencing Politi and the SL/nj.com crowd as if they were real reporters.
Well, they work for the same company. And it looks like Lesmerises and Politi have the same job description.
