The ongoing mystery of this place. Will it be open before basketball games? I see we have some 6pm games. Maybe before those?

A diner open banker's hours. So much wasted potential.
This times infinity. The few times we went back in the day for a pregame meal the place was packed. I can't tell if the school considers the place a student service or an actual business, but one would think the place would fund itself on game day alone.

It's an on-campus dining facility. Front-of-house staff is majority student workers, BOH dining services staff. Really not great, but hey, convenient. I've always thought a Chickie's and Pete's type of thing on that land between the apartments and Suttons would make an absolute killing.

Or if you go early and can find parking, Krispy in the Yard on College Ave has good pizza

Rutgers Club no longer has dinner hours and bar service only late afternoon till closing. What a waste of a great space
Well, along with the news on the diner, this is very disappointing to hear as well.

I honestly don't believe this is a diner at all, never seen it open

obviously a front

Henry's Ketamine is more like it

Henry's Diner
Rutgers Club
Johnson Park
Corner of Hoes Lane and River Road

The first 2 are prime examples of wasted space and opportunity
The latter 2 are opportunities we've either had, or could potentially have, to do something productive with land close to the stadium

Damn shame

Mother Nature says hold my beer for one and Piscataway/Middlesex County says hold mine for the other.

I've gone to QDoba a bunch of times before games and I like it. But might have to try this Chinese place based on the feedback here.

Is it silly to say the RU dining hall at Livingston is definitely an option? I hit it up 2 years ago before a game.
