How to best go about getting Penn State tickets

Me and two friends just decided that we're going to make the trip. Where would we get the best price? If we buy through scarletknights.com is there a way to pick your seat so we're close to some other friends or do you just get what they give you? Sorry I know this is a very amateur question but we've never bought away tickets before.

I called up my tickett rep last week and ordered two. They were $100 each but that is the price of big time football now I guess.
