Huge news on MBB front-Kwe Parker commits to RU!

Maybe read about him abit and see, he has teamed with Corey Sanders, and is the 90th ranked player in class of 2016...as always, the negative neds are out right away...maybe do your own research.
I was highlighting his main strength as he has a 45 inch vertical.

I know this is the football thread, but everyone here is a Rutgers fan and as a RU fan this is HUGE news. Rutgers now legitimately has the most athletic and exciting point guard/shooting guard combination IN THE ENTIRE NATION! No of course athleticism isn't everything, but it is very important in the game of basketball and now it is up the Eddie Jordan to take their athleticism and turn it into wins on the court.
P.S Corey Sanders was the 63rd or 53rd ranked player in the ESPN Top 100 last year and Kwe Parker was the 59th rated, but then he broke his foot so he got bumped down to 90th in the country.
This is BIG TIME for the program to have 2 top 100 players on the squad. Let's so who else decides to join them!

3 4 star recruits in 2 years which is huge. Interesting that all 3 are from out of state.
The the 1st time is what seems like forever, I actually think we will have a legit chance at the post season.
It's been a long, long time, since I got really excited about RU hoops - not since the Waters era, really, and even that didn't quite pan out (but at least we were competitive and had that great NIT run). I've never pulled harder for an RU coach than for Jordan: he bleeds scarlet, had a very successful career in the NBA, and has come home to try to resurrect this seemingly snake-bitten program from the depths of embarrassment it was left in by Mike Rice.
Cautiously optimistic and glad we held on to our tickets. For anyone who doubts how much Coach Jordan cares about turning this around, just watch the video of his post-game interview after the huge win against Wisconsin last year.

I really hope these kids can shoot. That is what wins games at the college level. One thing is for sure though, fast break alley oops are going to find their way to sports highlight shows. Both Parker and Sanders and very elite dunkers.

This is OUTSTANDING! -As other have said, this is a football board, but since I love RU basketball too, (heck, ALL things Rutgers, for that matter), I just gotta say...YEAHHHHH, MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
