Jacob Young was in his 4 and 5th year of college when he played for RU……and people killed him while he was here. His first years stats are pretty close to JD.

Please stop. JY was a high level small guard who was a relentless defender, off the charts athlete, scoring capability and unbelievable competitor.

JD looks like a fine young man but he’s not a high level player at this level and not better than a guy like Simpson.

I loved JY until the “See ya” tweet. I think it is unfair to try and compare an 18-19 yo to a 22-23 year old is my point.

They 4 free throws Derkack took at the 12 min mark were massive, and I’m sure that was why he was in at the end of the game. But he did get beat by Coleman on the last SH possession that tied up the game.
