I can't believe the Rutgers faithful booed punter Michael Cintron

It was his first appearance of the game and Rutgers fans booed him. Have we not learned anything from last year's booing of Chris Laviano?

Obviously, don't be clueless brodo
No, no. We learned last year that the Rutgers faithful weren't booing Flood's decision to return Laviano to the game - they were booing Laviano. So it follows that this year they were booing the punter and not the decision to not go for it on 4th down.

Unless, of course, they were booing the coach's decision last year. Then I can understand booing the coach's decision today.

This is what you came up with?

The announcers said the booing was for the coach's decision not to go for it on 4th down and short.
I think the announcers had it right. At least that's how I took it.

But booing is still incredibly childish and mean-spirited and I hope everybody that booed spends tonight and all day tomorrow suffering from explosive and unpredictable diarrhea.

Last year folks here were adamant that the boos were not for the coach, but the player. So the same rules must apply this year.
Just like last season. Booing your team or your staff sucks. So it doesn't matter who anybody was booing.

Well, is okay to boo the ref. Childish, but okay.

Totally different. Booing the decision to punt is not a reflection of the punter. It is when you boo the coach's decison to play a particular player.

Another simple principle that will guide us all through productive discourse: Circumstances make a difference in how (and when) rules are applied.

Cool story, bro(do). Doesn't matter why anybody booed. Those who did are d-bags. Everything else is just trying to rationalize being an a-hole. So you, bro, are being a douche.

I believe this is fair.
