It’s interesting that the year they introduce the quandrant system is the year with the most upsets in recent memory. It’s obviously garbage.

I hate the system, but it’s coincidental. The top teams were not that strong this year. For the most part the 1-4 seeds were correct. After that, teams who are 6-11 are basically the same. There was a lot of mediocrity this year
