I'm in Florida if you care to join me. I take and teach yoga, and thank God for that because as a Rutgers football fan, it's the best thing I can do to keep breathing and thinking healthy thoughts. Can you recommend a good yoga video series?
Did the DDP/YRG yoga, but found that to be a little too much yelling.
There is an old David Kest video, but he is too chatty.

Video isn't yoga, it's merely stretching. You need to go to class with other humans and a live teacher. You might just like it. One of these days I'll give a yoga class before one of our games, though not sure which lot. Maybe in the psych building's lot. Or if Sarah decides to take a class with me/us, somewhere special like Warbling or Hale.
