Yes, I'm not work. I was listening through my headphones and the had my cell phone on speaker. The call came through suddenly and I was not prepared. I had to scramble to turn the speakerphone off on my cell phone and I fumbled it. I called back and they put me on the air again. I was surprised how easy it was to get through.....not many fans calling in.
