Funny is bashing us about Mike Rice's antics. He deserved criticism, but does this guy forget about Bobby Knight??
Can't compare the two.
Bobby Knight won National Championships at a time when outrageous behavior was a bit more accepted. Mike Rice won nothing in an area where there's no feeling of loyalty from the local media (not that that's a bad thing in a case like this). Knight was an icon. Rice was a nut.
And Bobby Knight endorsed Trump, and Trump likes Knight, so he has that going for him. :confused:

Coaching ability, Knight is head and shoulders above Rice. As a matter of fact, he beats him in outrageous behavior. I realize it was accepted at the time, but by comparison, Rice was a Boy Scout.
Not defending Rice either, just thinking the blogger should have left that part of the commentary out; Lord knows there was plenty to work with with last year's football misdeeds.
To me it just seems like everyone is taking this guys articles way too seriously. Relax. He's just joking around. He does it with every other school too. People take this was too personally o_O

Sorry- it was about Rutgers football, and coming from one team we can feel good about beating up on. Why we are ranked below them in so many polls is beyond me.

Being mocked by the worst team ever in the history of D1 football? Nobody in D1 has EVER lost as many games as Indiana- 661 and counting. They've never won ten games, they've never gone undefeated.
Ralph Wilson is a respectable HC...their at least competitive recently but we should be higher ranked than them...HCCA will have us back ...quickly.

Umm. I've lived on the east coast in NC and GA. Lived in CA. The beaches on the south of Lake Michigan are some of the largest with the biggest dunes all the way up the Michigan shoreline. It made the final 4 in Coastal Living contest :)

The Giants have won four Super Bowls and I still get crap from my west coast friends that they suck and are boring and why would any team or any player want to live or play in New Jersey?
