When reading out-of-town RU articles, I always look for the mistakes. It didn't take long to find a couple of 'em in this story...

Do we even recruit Newark as much as we should and still kind of don't recruit today and how many running backs can RU actually recruit and play at one time??

These articles are all cute and great stories, but not everyone can play here, wants to play here and can crack the depth chart....We need difference makers at QB and on the line of scrimmage more than a Running back...

For many fans, these type of threads add to our knowledge of local athletes and might even identify an athlete or two who arrive at HPSS with a chip on their shoulder. If nothing else, it also identifies a big-time player who succeeded despite not playing at one of the athletic magnet NJ high schools.
