What potentially was a year to make a jump has now become a big disappointment for Rutgers baseball. Do we have any dominant number 1-2 pitchers? Do we have a shutdown closer? Does not appear to be the case. Not sure Owens can get us to where we want to go in conference and into the top 30-40 teams nationally.
