Was just reading this article about Willy Love from Camden and it made me wonder whether there has always been this much talent in South Jersey. Or is it just recent

There may or may not be more. The difference is now they end up at their own university, not West Virginia, Nebraska, State Penn, Temple, etc. And nobody is falling through the cracks. Heck with this staff, we probably know about a hotshot punter from Collingswood Misty Morning Elementary School, Class of 2033.

sounds like we have a lot of work to do on this kid to have a chance.

Based on the article, it sounds like Schiano needs to sell better his experience and connections in the NFL. Sell the future these kids want. He needs to start putting guys back in the draft in the next few years and sell that. Hope we can keep bring the old Schiano players as coaches who had success at the next level.

Eddy had mentioned bringing in past Rutgers players and Devin is thinking about retiring. I wasn’t drinking, just freeforming lol

Always been talent in South Jersey good enough to play for P5 teams. Look at all the kids last few years who have done well to great recently. Shoot, Camden, Wilson, St Auggie, Holy Spirit, etc has had multiple players move on to FBS programs.

It’s up to Rutgers to recruit ALL of these areas like they recruit the Big North.
