It's officially Mayo Bowl Monday‼️

I believe what PSAL is saying is that more Rutgers fans, with families, are likely to go to a bowl game at Yankee Stadium if the weather is decent. Minimal travel costs and makes for a fun Rutgers day. My family of 4 and a plus 1 went to Pinstripe. We had a great time. RU bus in was super easy. Billy's was great. Beating Miami was great. Great bowl experience with little cost/effort. If it's the Rate Bowl this year, it will be just me. That's the correlation I believe he's referring to. Lots more Rutgers folks will go to Charlotte than Phoenix. That's not debatable.
Agree 100%

But I think it’s less than we realize as it pertains to the Pinstripe.

That was the first bowl in a while. And I stand with my opinion of after a while attendance will suffer if that ends up being it.

Rate Bowl on the 27th or 28th and we’re all having a different discussion.

No one is doomed, just the reality of the options. My kids last year were 22 and 25. They have jobs. They will go to Pinstripe every time. In fact they've both been to all 3 of them. They would go to Charlotte. They're not going to Phoenix.

Same.

And same. It is what it is.

Bingo. It’s not just little kids. How many current RU students do you think are skipping family Christmas or having someone cut out to take them to airport mid family function? It’s not happening other than real die hards.

I never said Pin Stripe is better than any bowls other than the ones on the 24th and 26th.
