Really wish Ash didn't complete gut Flood's staff and tried to keep Jim Panagos on the staff.
With Ash taking on the persona of a dead man walking he is not going to be able to find a credible replacement who will join this sinking ship. The only viable change would for him to take over DC duties. Not sure that would help either.
Fire the DB coach. Huge plays by wide open receivers and huge runs by RBs through the middle of the field with no safety support. This wAs against Buffalo and Kansas.
