Joey Bosa's twitter rant rips into critics

He was a superstar at OSU everyone loved him now he's in the real world. Needs to grow up or another Boz

There are always going to be people picking apart his past, especially when it's so easy to leave a public trail of tweets.

It's just always cringe-inducing when anyone pulls out the "I'll be rich and you'll still be poor" card, for any reason.....

He should just erase old tweets and focus on his work.

He's used to having his butt kissed by fans and the media.

Once you turn pro it's a whole new world out there. You don't get excused because you're a "kid" and there's nowhere to hide if you screw up. He'll learn.

It is comical that the OP has Ash's (his former coach) pissed off face next to the link kind of like "Joey, what the hell is wrong with you? Get your head out of your ass boy!"

Many of his fans will be slaving away at work when he is 35 and lounging on a beach. Easy to root against him.

Scumbag comment. I hate when athletes say that, and automatically root for them to lose. I didn't have an opinion on Bosa one way, and now I hate him.

What he says is the truth, but players better never forget that the only reason they get paid obscene and disgusting amounts of money to play a child's game is because we, the fans, made it possible. F* Bosa, he could tear both his ACLs and MCLs in his first preseason game for all I care.

It was stupid, but he'll survive it. He'll learn not to look into his mentions or how to do it without letting it bother him.

Bosa is too slow to play DE, and too small to play DT.
Oh, really?

For the record, I'm not saying he'll be JJ Watt, that's a ridiculous expectation. Just pointing out the fallacy in the above post.

Let's put Bosa's failed drug test to the side for one moment. If he were in the mold of a Watt, he would be unstoppable on a college level. Not only was Bosa not unstoppable, but Rutgers TE Tyler Croft shut down Bosa on the edge One on One.

To be fair, Bosa had a monster sack against PSU that year to seal the win. But this year, Bosa was good, but he wasn't the one man wrecking crew that he should have been.

In fact that's one of the main reasons why Croft felt he was ready for the show. Still though, I would love to see Bosa in Kelly Green.

And I am willing to give Bosa a pass on the year because I'm sure his goal was simply to stay healthy and get into the draft. But last year, Croft owned Bosa.

Oh yeah, now I know you don't know what you're talking about.

Watt finished his college career, not his best year, not his senior year, his career with 11.5 sacks and 36.5 TFL. For comparisons sake, lets make that 5.75 sacks and 18.25 TFL per year. Bosa finished with 8.67 sacks and 17 TFL per year.

But yeah, One guy on Rutgers dominated him all night...

Hilarious!!! Of course you realize that Croft plays TE. And he was in the NFL during this game. But hey, watching this offensive stink up the joint is pretty much SOP. A Buckeye is truly a useless nut. Btw, Spence will have a better career than Bosa.

So, by "last year" you really meant "2 years ago". The game in which Bosa finished with 2 sacks. Which, by the way, matched Watts single game high in college.

Indeed. Two Questions. 1. Didn't Jeffrey Dahmer attend tOSU? 2. Why is the Horseshoe shaped like a Toilet?

Well, your original argument that Watt dominated in college at a level that Bosa never did can't be proven, so yes, change the subject. Thanks for playing.

Don't bother. This guy thinks we have, and I quote, a "horrible" wrestling coach. He also was caught playing the "race card" last night regarding fans wanting EJ gone.

From Wikipedia:

That August (1978), Dahmer enrolled at Ohio State University, hoping to major in business.[43] Dahmer's sole term at Ohio State University was completely unproductive, largely because of his persistent alcohol abuse throughout the majority of the term.[44][45] On one occasion, Lionel Dahmer paid a surprise visit to his son, only to find his room strewn with empty liquor bottles. Despite his father having paid in advance for the second term, Dahmer dropped out of university after just three months.[46]

Goodale has a losing record in the B10, fact. As for EJ, I said patience. Nuts, I'm starting to get the feeling that you don't like me, lol. (Delightfully, evil laughter, lol).

Just curious, do you guys actually read The Score in the US? Its a Toronto-based company. Actually just turned down an NFL News Editor position here a couple of months ago, and quite surprised to see it posted.

Goodale, in his 2ND SEASON coaching in the B1G placed 5th, finished the regular season 10th in the nation, beat 5 Top 20 squads, but is a "horrible" coach? Yeah, okay.

Eddie? No, that's NOT what you said. Here is your exact quote from last night buddy:

"You're the fool that insists that Rutgers is like your household budget, broke and busted. If you get rid of EJ, you're opening up a can of worms. For instance, the Women's Lacrosse Coach is horrible, and she's had her job for at least a decade. Same goes for the Wrestling Coach. Now fans like you want to get rid of the African American Coach straight away. It wreaks of a double standard."

So you admit that Goodale has a losing record. How many years has Goodale been the Coach?

The Fans were patient with Goodale. As well as the Women's Lacrosse Coach, but EJ will not be afforded the same luxury. I wonder why?

Way to try to spin your way out of yet another idiotic statement you have made. Goodale DOES NOT "have a losing record." He has a lifetime win % of .730 @ 125-45-1.It's amazing how clueless you are. Bringing up the "women's lacrosse coach," over-and-over again, isn't winning you any battles, btw.

** and before you twist your own words, one more time, YES he went only 2-7 in B1G play, Year 1, however went 5-4 this past season. Give it a rest buddy you very obviously have an issue with Goodale and your insinuations for a 2nd straight day and the 2nd different thread, re: race, are f*cking appalling.

You're the one that said Goodale was Great. Now you're unable to offer proof that backs up the claim. Goodale is 7-11 in the conference. Hasn't beaten a team with a winning record in the conference. Lost to a 1-6 at home. Has produced two all-americans in 9 years. Those are the facts. Interpret them as you like.

EJ is facing a double standard. You want to turn it into a discussion of race, sure why not. I won't run from it. But you will simply expose yourself as either a racist, or uninformed, most likely both.

Ha, this is pretty good.

Shouldn't you be watching Minnesota tape, Eddie?

why haven't the mods banned this guy yet

I'm preaching patience, you're the one with an agenda.

I have zero "agenda" whatsoever and if you make one more comment insinuating race, as you did the other night, I'll make sure you're permanently banned from these boards. That kind of shit is disgusting and doesn't fly around here buddy.

I'll say it one more time: I idolized EJ when I was a kid and was one of the happiest guys on these boards when he "came home," however, he's not getting the job done. Not even close. We are a HORRIBLE team and aren't going to be much better next season. The guy doesn't even understand that when to call TO's, in the college game, is much different than when to do so in the pro game. Oh and that you've got to play D in college. Yeah.
