Not sure if this was ever discussed, but, I just came across the story quoting Jordan on all the rule changes.
This is just about one of the changes. Teams will have a total of 10 seconds to get the ball up the court, the time will not reset if the defense tips a pass out of bounds. I'm sure Jordan did not mean this as a shot at Mack, everyone knows he was not a true PG and did not possess true PG type ball handling.
"As a team, we'll adjust to the rules, just like everyone else. With our new guards we'll be able to get the ball up the court quick enough. With our full court pressure defense maybe we'll turn the ball over more."
