I understand some on here want to expedite the process & compete against the factory schools like yesterday, i hear you loud & clear.
Unfortunately, that transformation will take time, More Patience and $$$.
Years ago when Doug Graber was the coach many felt he was doing an ok job & had the program @ least pointed in the rite direction, which was a start.
That was until he hit an icy patch on the road & many called for his head.
The cries for a coaching change poured in hence the Terry Shea era.
Many said the New offense would attract recruits & make Rutgers more competitive against the Miami's of the world..
Unfortunately, that's not what happened...
My point here is please understand the current state, politics involved & every other factor good & bad that comes into play when dealing with Rutgers football.
Let's allow Flood the opportunity to finish what he started & not make any impulsive decisions similar to the above mentioned example... Ed Antommarchi
