Calm down. Vogel couldn't win with a superstar a nice Point and shooting guard. And a nice rookie down low. They never really came after Thibedeau and with the pieces that Minnesota has already and their high draft pick, how can you turn that down.
Dolan was awful for a while, with his obsession with Isaiah Thomas--who proved he really could not coach when he recruited some elite kids to Florida Whatever, a low D1 school, lost with those he could get eligible, and was fired. For some reason. Dolan has not been a helicopter owner the last couple of years, and has let the hoops people alone. Until saying Rambis will not coach the team,and settling on Hornacek. Does that cause PJ to retire in place? Who knows? The team should be better under Hornacek, and as for trading Melo, only if it gives us a very promising young player and a high draft choice.
