For anyone who just watched the selection show, it’s kinda hard to believe. Not because we didn’t get in, but because of what we heard. The chairman said they don’t factor the eye test. What? Really? WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!! How does the ACC and The Big East get more teams than the B1G. Cuse GOT A HOME GAME!!! That’s the final nail in the coffin. I can’t take it. Leaving us out, okay I get it. Syracuse went 8-6 and got a home game. They weren’t even on the bubble. What? How? What the heck did they do that was so special

As a newbie to watching this sport, I was a bit surprised too. The RPI can't be reliable with such a short season. I looked at the schedules and saw that not only was the ACC 2-6 against the Big 10, it was minus 21 goals. Yet the ACC has four in including 3 seeds while the Big 10 has 2 in. At least the committee chair got some push back from the panel.
We need to learn that we must win as many games as possible both home & away. There is no excuse year after year that we lose games like Princeton and Army. We have no one to blame but ourselves. We cannot rely on the committee. Obviously they have something against RU & The BIG.
Which makes it all the more maddening when Andy Katz sat down with the comm. chair and he said they all thought the acc was by far the best conference hence why they got the most teams in.
so who exactly is standing up for the B1G? Somebody in leadership needs to call this stuff out. But it isn't football so I suspect few care enough.
It was 6-2 or 7-2. If the committee really thinks the ACC is better than the B1G, then they mush have poo for brains. The team that finished last in the B1G won on the road against the team that won the ACC tournament
