Yup. Lifting, rebuilding 3 rooms on the 1st floor, new deck, and stairs in the back. Took a while to get going but financing in place and contracts signed. Currently under the witness protection program at an undisclosed location in Ocean Co.
Good luck! I'm a little disappointed you didn't opt for the turret with gun placement on the roof. Some say it's a little pricey and doesn't add much to the resale value. But you can never have enough security at the shore, I say.
