Solomon Manning received a Rutgers offer, but there are some contingencies. He will have to decide by Monday if he wants it or not. He is scheduled to meet with Flood on Monday and if he doesn't commit, the offer will be off the table. He told me that UNC was atop his list but now with the RU offer, things have changed a bit. By giving that timeline, RU would prevent a UNC visit. He is going to talk things over with his family over the next few days and then decide what the best move for him will be.
