Don't think so. We are hard after both Scott and Pigrome, and also looking at 1-2 local guys. I think MD ends up with two QB commits for this cycle when it's all said and done.

Maryland's class has gone from (IIRC) Top 25'ish to 65th.
RU's class has gone from 52'ish to 78th.

Bigger "dumpster fire," at this point, is in College Park, if you want to label them as such. IMHO this is just what happens, most of the time, following a change of regime.
