Mike Lopresti article

Kind of fun not being a punchline for a change.
But, Pike's comments about this being a long season are spot on.
Onward and upward.
Yup, very long way to go, but it's still fun to enjoy basketball season again.

13 things to know about Rutgers, who just might break a 29-year NCAA tournament drought

I had not realized this and find it interesting...
"The Rutgers coaching staff knows a little about leadership. All seven members were team captains in college, and six were point guards. Pikiell played for Jim Calhoun’s first Big East champion at UConn."
Nice article. One would hope, that if we're firmly on the bubble, that the committee might just give us nod over some other P5 team's 15th NCAA appearance in the 29 years since we last were in the tourney, as it's always nice to have good stories for the tourney and RU's revival is a good story.

Powell would have closed the rebound gap in the second half :Sly:

Enough with the “Myles Powell was Injured” asterisk next to the Seton Hall Win..He was in for almost the whole first half, and Rutgers already had a 15 point lead..
Unless Powell hit his head getting off the bus, his injury doesn't explain why he and the rest of his team looked dazed and confused from the opening tip.

If we keep taking care of business we ain’t gonna be on no bubble!
Pardon my English :Rutgers:)
