More info on CAC changes

Is it me, or is the article incorrect. It says they they will begin raising Records Hall "over the next year." I thought that part of the CAC renovation was part of a much longer timeline?

A bit off topic, but does Rutgers offer an Architecture major? I don't see it listed.

I'm stunned they are starting this so soon. Now, it's much easier and cheaper to raze buildings than build them, but you have to start somewhere.

The idea of a Barn-to-Banks quad is very exciting, and it looks very "Big Ten." Very pleased to see this starting.

Hopefully this project happens sooner than we thought it would !

I wouldn't interpret raising records hall with a full steam ahead with the project. I think it's a first step that will help get the ball rolling but that it will be a much longer timeline for the overall project.

Razing Records Hall and the smokestack eliminates two of the biggest eye sores on that side of College Avenue Campus. That alone is an improvement without building anything.
