The magnetic stripe on my RUAA Visa stopped working so I called for a new card; US Bank sent me a generic. I call to complain, the lady on the phone says they have no association with Rutgers, I go to google the Rutgers Visa to prove to her they offer this card and the RUAA site says:
"The Rutgers University Alumni Association will be launching a new credit card program in 2015. Stay tuned for more information!"
Wonder who they're going with. I have no motivation to use a generic US Bank card, of course.
