Agree. We have the money to start paying for real qualified assistants. Honestly just don't know who is out there

No reputable OC is coming here to work under Ash and that is the biggest problem. I may be wrong but I believe that this cast of characters were hired on both sides of the ball because Ash is very young, unproven and honestly has zero experience. I want a Flood hater to please have the dignity to compare Ash and Flood and tell me that "right now" Coach Flood was a much better coach than Ash. We could have kept both Herman and Flood, hired a charismatic recruiter and probably be much better off.

i am not comparing Ash to Saban but for the sake of some perspective, I figured I'd post some of Saban's early losses along his coaching career:

None of Flood's teams were ever this bad. Mehringer is garbage. Bringing in Oden with having no intention whatsoever of him throwing it down the field is pathetic. It's almost like we're not even trying to win.
