Kenny Parker is so intense in the videos, but when you meet him, he is such a nice, gentle and soft-spoken person. Hope he stays on the Banks for a long time.

Liked the part about how he preaches the guys should help to lift the one struggling the most to a higher level. Too often I felt like if a player fell behind with the last staff, they were allowed to simply fade into nothing. Kinda sends a message that we won't be giving up on anyone.
