New RU Women's Lacrosse assistant coach Nicole Graziano was named the Best Women's Lacrosse Player of 2016, according to a fan vote held by U.S. Lacrosse magazine. She is a former Mendham High grad & Star Ledger Lacrosse Player of the Year. Multiple intercollegiate honors while at Florida & former Women's Lacrosse National Team Member. Congrats to her but I don't know if those of you who follow women's lacrosse have noticed that we go through assistants very quickly as very few of them stay more than 1 or 2 years at most.
