NO WAY WE SHOULD HAVE WON

You're whining about people whining. Not once, but over and over again! Talk about boring lmao.
Actually made a point that you chose not to discuss and instead accuse me of whining because you want to continue to whine about refs. Whiny RU fans like you are embarrassing to us. Try and grow a set.

I haven't seen a point besides "I don't like when people complain about refs" but if you have one please repeat it. I will try to address it.

I said, upon further review, the officiating is never as lopsided as fans think it is. For example, people went nuts about that 3-pt. shot foul on Austin Williams vs. Purdue and after looking at it again, it was the right call. Sucked that it happened at that time, but the right call. Nebraska was another example. Yeah, we got hosed on some calls earlier in the game, but we also benefitted from a big non-call at the end. These things tend to even out and are never as bad as perceived. That's my point. I'm done now - resume ref complaints.

True.

I don't really remember people being upset about the officiating on that play but maybe there were some. That one was super obviously a correct call.

I still maintain the refs in this game were quite bad in a way that absolutely did not benefit us. I don't think any but maybe a select couple people here believe in some kind of anti-Rutgers conspiracy.

So what? I rarely if ever complain about refs,
that goes for football as well.
Upon extremely rare occasion I point out egregious officiating… why? Because it’s a Rutgers fan sports message board!
In fact the last time I said anything about officiating was at Maryland several years ago after calling us for multiple illegal screens.
I played a sport at the highest level along with a few more members of my family, was taught never to complain about refs unless they were egregious, like last night
Definitely hearya but I put last night’s officiating into the “really bad” category and last year’s OSU game in the “egregious” column.

We could have been called for a foul at the end of the Nebraska game but Tominaga kind of screwed himself by trying to flop before he even got fouled instead of shooting normally.

The outcome of OSU last year was egregious, i don’t think the overall officiating was, I never complain about blown calls or refs missing calls because they even out.
Last night was not even given the way both teams play defense… worth pointing out in sports based discussion with our own fans

The outcome was the result of a beyond egregious non-call which had ramifications beyond the game (missing NCAAs) but I agree that the officiating was so bad last night that as someone mentioned in thread it took multiple MD fouls at end of game just to get them in the bonus while RU was in the double bonus way too early.

11 to 23 seems, after further review, to be kinda lopsided.

No one gets calls on the road in league. Just the way it is. We go to the line plenty at home, but just don't do anything with it.
Home cookin’ is one thing, getting scalded by the chef in stripes at your dinner is another.

That T was ridiculous. Tominaga would have 40 of them if that’s a foul. If everyone got home cooking that’s one thing but even that’s not consistent. Without consistency how’s a player supposed to know what is or isn’t a foul.
No way, Tominaga does it without dropping F bombs the entire length of the court.
