Now that Corey is returning ...a lesson for fans to learn

Why is this site becoming drama friendly? I wouldn't look into it that much.

He is not singling out any player. He is speaking in generalities. Ben Asher makes a lot of tweets.

I know. Seems kind of weird to me too

Context is the key here - in looking at the other postings -the first comment does not really seem to be a skewering of anyone - it was the lead-in / set-up for the next tweet posted right after the first practice - which picked up on the video/theme of the first day of summer - "Welcome Back"

Hopefully everyone realizes that thousands of players around the globe have AAU videos, documentary series, and rankings.

Rutgers is sending a message saying if they get an offer from Rutgers, Rutgers will not be impressed. They will be impressed by the work ethic. It is a simple way for Ben Asher to tweet about the culture change, which is a simple but inexpensive way to market the program in a positive light.

Do not create fire where there is none.

Where can I find the documentary series on Mike Williams or Candido Sa? Myspace?

Do a search on home town hoops. Many players have documentaries these days. It is not a rarity. To try to stir something up here that a coach was taking a jab at a player serves no point, and just shows how bored the fan base is. There is no connection.

He reads the comments here. Everyone involved in Rutgers basketball reads this forum, or knows someone who reads what's written here and passes along the info.
Those guys who give to RU also give to me NJ and deserve to be appreciated flaws and all as if they were family and in many ways they are....I take great pride in the home team and think most of us do.....having said that MBB hasn't held my interest since Gary Waters and I'd love to get a season like "76" again here when we were the toast of the town and east coast...
