Here is what NCAA can do to help:

1) Get rid of red shirting.
2) Players are only eligible to play for four years. No exceptions such as injury.
3) No one gets scholarship who are older than 21.
4) If a player on scholarship leaves or is dismissed, the school forfeits a scholie for a year.
5) Players can't transfer and play football at a different school.
6) If a player on scholarship does not get a degree by five years, the school loses a scholie for two years.

Unless there is some rigor put on academics, NCAA is no better than FIFA.
