wrong..he was making in roads to south Jersey.Getting higher ranked kids on campus to visit. We went 1-11 with Omar, we can go 1-11 without Omar.
also looks like Emily Eads, the main on campus recruiting director has also left..
FWIW I was told by another Coach that right now,if you have a established resume,or you are a younger coach moving up, you currently do NOT want Rutgers and Ash on your resume..
Ash went to 7th choice for line coach to replace Blazak till he got someone to take the job.
Coaches talk in the business and the word is out,Ash is on thin ice.
sorry to hear you are in denial.. Ill just sit back and laugh because its 100% true,I told Richie S the exact quote months ago..ask him then get yourself a new meter. My BS meter just went on alert :boom:
WE know this.THEY know this.also looks like Emily Eads, the main on campus recruiting director has also left..

,IF you follow the bouncing ball..hes rejoining most of the Temple staff in Baylor..not hard to connect or 'reconcile'. He took a more stable position with many he worked with prior,a known relationship..I finally couldn't take the stupidity anymore and this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.
Please try to reconcile what you said here with the fact that the coach who just left with Rutgers and Ash on his resume is getting a promotion for going to another Power 5 school.

Henry Baker goes to NY Giants too. Are you arguing with BlockHead? Also a promotion, like the majority of coaches who left the program. Other than Blazek I'm struggling to figure out who took a demotion, so again, reality doesn't reflect your statement here.
Or your horrendous typing skills.
Hales has great relationships in Philly and South Jersey. There is no denying that. This should have zero impact

Exactly. People act like we are competing for top in state or even local recruits. At this point with our current staff does it even matter?
Joe P.
great story, so you were such a hit on 24/7 that you are over here attacking people? If one did not know better its looks like you are a shill for Athletic department with a fake spin ,when confronted with facts.I believe I banned him back when I was moderating the 247 site. The typing style is a dead give away.

"So Buh is not a sexy hire, but is probably what Ash needs at this point. Delusions of getting someone with huge pedigree to come to a team that just finished 1-11 with a head coach that may only have one more season would be a fool’s errand"

No one? How the heck is RU going to field a team to play 12 games this season? We can’t recruit so does it really matter? No one wants to play for ash. He’s a moron.

Guess you missed the part where the writer from OTB confirmed pickings are slim for coaching canadiates for a head coach that may have this one last season. This corrlates with current assts and staff members looking for lifeboats.I believe that having some level of discourse that is above what you provide is needed in this fanbase.
And cool, a fan site said something that has zero to do with the original point you were attempting to make and yet you're not smart enough to grasp that your original point and this summary about Buh have zero to do with each other.
It is? Rape U, the location of the Branch Davidian disaster, over Rutgers University? No thanks. If you make your living in the sports/college football world, do you want to work for 2019 Rutgers or Baylor ... cmon that’s a no brainer
And now Jalen Berger has a Baylor offer.
VVVVVVVVVVThis should have zero impact

Special teams coordinator. Don't we need one of them?? Also a strong recruiter in Philly and South Jersey which we need since Fran left. I'm going out on a limb and think that we could offer more money than Eastern University. Why wouldn't we be interested in bringing him back? Truthfully I don't remember him. Was he not that good?Update on Omar Hales- randomly came across his name.
Omar Hales - Special Teams Coordinator - Football Coaches - Eastern University Athletics
Omar Hales joins the Eastern University football staff as the program's first special teams coordinator. A Philadelphia native, Hales played his college football atgoeasterneagles.com
If he was such a top notch recruiter and sought after coach he would not be at a start up d3 program. Which played the last season as a club team.Special teams coordinator. Which brings me to a related question. When Scheir left (who I really liked) we never replaced him. Why wasn't he replaced and what happened to the money that was being used for his salary?
Yes, that was my thought. If he was such a top notch recruiter and sought after coach he would not be at a start up d3 program. Which played the last season as a club team.
