I don't know how to post pictures but the one thing that bothered me about Garza. when he made a basket and he puts his hand down low with the "you're too little" gesture. I find that to be a D*k move.

Oh good lord give the white supremacist sign a freaking break. That sign has been being used since I was in elementary school. I'm so sick of hearing how that damn hand sign is freaking racist.

Many ways to express yourself....he needs to choose another.

lol. I didn't even know it was a sign of some sort. He was excellent except for that blowing kiss at Rutgers bench. Tough smart player. We need a guy like that in middle (ha, who doesn't lol)

On a separate note.....

Watching the KU-KSU debacle unemotional you say what are these losers doing.

Watching Garza yell at our players (me being emotionally involved) and our bench after every made shot I wanted one of our players to cheap shot him.

Not a fan of the taunting. If it was out of the game KU-KSU doesnt happen.

fingers 3,4 and 5 make the letter W
the whole hand is a P

He was generally a dick all night, blowing kisses to the RU bench after he scored and jawing. He also gets away with more travels than any player I've ever seen. Every other time he gets the ball in the low post he shuffles his feet and does not keep his pivot foot anchored, but no call.

and here I thought those fingers made a perfect dog head when put up to the light.
Seriously, though, a kid can’t use those three fingers to signal they just made a 3 pointer? Can they use fingers 2,3,4 (also makes a W)?

You mean he was making the three point sign after he made a three pointer? Outrageous!

not a big deal, he plays with emotion

BUT when somebody gets the better of him he is going to have to eat it because somebody will be waiting to dish it back

I agree with this... the taunting is too much ... just play the game. it sends a bad message to youth players that that kind of behavior is ok.

In the heat of the game I hate him and want someone to punch him in the nuts but at all other times I'd just say he is a great player that plays with some aggression / emotion. Some of our guys do as well and that's okay.

what are the probabilities we can punch him in the nuts and get away with it?

Harper blew a kiss to the student section after a FT.....not a fan

Would like to punch him in his fat mouth, but I couldn't reach it.

He looks like a cross between Bert of Ernie and Bert and Sling Blade.

going to get some push back.....the sign he was making is used by white supremacists.
LMFAO you’re a lunatic if that’s where your mind went.

You know what happens when you friend does that to you as a kid? It means he gets to punch you in the arm. If you stick your finger in it before they can pull away then you punch your friend.

2020 sucks.

I am fully aware of all this. I did this until recently. White supremacists have hijacked this. You can either
A. continue doing it
B. find something else

I have in no way said Luke Garza is a racist.

I was getting annoyed by Garza's gestures but he was on fire. Looked like a sure fire NBA player with his outside shooting ability. Good rebounder. I think someone on the RU bench was riding some of the Iowa players. That freshman point guard from NYC also had something to say to our bench. At the end of the day, his play decided this game. He hurt us.

I don't like it when players talk to the other team's bench after making a play, although there may be jawing from the bench too that just isn't seen on broadcasts.

Re: the OK sign, if the vast majority of society just continues to use it as it has always been used, then that is what it means. It is easy to find photos of many many NBA superstars flashing that sign after hitting a three to indicate "three". I doubt James Harden is a showing solidarity with white supremacists when he does it. Same with Garza IMO.
