Watching them dismantle a good Maryland team as we speak.

OSU is easily a Top 20 team. Their 4 losses are against 3 ranked teams plus a 1pt loss to Butler, and they're about to go 5-0 in the B1G.

Looking at same opponents, they won at Wisky by 25 points and they crushed MSU.

They will be tougher than every other B1G opponent we face except possibly Purdue.

I hope we pack the RAC and get really loud, because our guys are gonna need it.

Luck of the draw has us playing the top 3 teams in the B1G twice each, including OSU.

Do you think we can still be overlooked or taken lightly? I doubt it but I hope so!

They're very good, Ohio State is, but Maryland really isn't right now. I think it's NIT for us, and hope everybody comes back next year...

Iowa losses when they should win and wins when they should lose. Go figure.

Maryland may be a better team than us, but we match up better with OSU. You have to knock their offense out of rhythm with strong defense, and the Terps didn't do that. I'm not predicting a win, but considering we're at home, I'd expect us to keep it within 10, something that neither MSU nor Maryland could do (albeit playing at OSU). Buckeyes only beat Iowa by 11 in Iowa City, and they don't play a lick of defense.

OSU's offense has been an absolute machine so far in Big Ten play, so it's going to take 100% effort. If we no-show like the SB, Hartford, Purdue, or Minnesota games then we're losing by 20+.

Tremendous rebuild in one season with the change in head coaches.Ohio State and Purdue remain undefeated against B1G competition.High powered offense means Rutgers will probably need to score at least 70 points to upset Ohio State at home.

Whole is equal to the sum of it's parts team.

Diop is an NBA player but most of the other guys are just guys.

They're beatable IMO-----agree to an extent on poster who indicated might need 70--------maybe mid 60's

Diop is really good but so is Bridges. If we can play the D we did on Bridges and leave it in the hands of the other players I think we stand a good chance of beating them. My prediction RU 71 tOSU 67

Despite my OP praising them, I'll still predict an RU upset victory on Sunday, in a very close game, mainly based on the strength of our performance at MSU.

Crowd has to do our part and really bring it.

My biggest fear is we have a letdown like last year.

Our worst home game last season was vs. Iowa, which was immediately after the Wisconsin overtime loss at MSG. Everyone thought we'd play well after blowing a 9-point lead with three minutes left in regulation against the Badgers. Instead, we shi+ the bed. Also, the Iowa match-up was the infamous what-the-hell-happened-to-Nigel game.

OSU is definitely the hottest team in the Big Ten right now. My worry is watching their game with UMD last night- they are PHYSICAL. Just like us. Our team it’s all about the matchups. I could see an ugly home loss and the boo birds coming out on here. I am forever an optimist, but my prediction is OSU by 15
