Similar to some of those stories referenced in that Bloomberg article on the opaqueness and shadiness of NIL. Like I said, you can't trust every headline number you come across. Some might be real, some might be fake or misleading. Sounds like that MSU story and missed payments from the now defunct NIL collective partially funded by their billionaire boosters.
