Figure this is a good place to ask . Haven't been to Camden yards yet and want to catch a game there . Would be going with wife and maybe young adult son . Would like to visit the harbor and any other sites .
How many days would we need ? Where to stay ? Where to eat ? You know all the advice people on this board are good for . Thanks in advance .

Probably can't help you with the particulars, but spent my 50th BD weekend in Baltimore. Saw the Yankees at Camden Yard, really big crowd. Went to the Inner Harbor, aquarium, shops etc. Hotel was within walking distance of stadium and plenty of eateries. Of course, I'm sure a lot has changed in 15 years. It was a fun time and the Aug weather was nice.

There hotels all around the stadium. I prefer the Hilton right there. I usually go down on a Friday morning and come back Sunday night or Monday morning. Make sure you take a cab over to fells point some nice restaurants and cool bars there. You also have the aquarium to check out and if you like to gamble the horse shoe casino is about 2 miles away.

Some nice restaurants in Little Italy and Inner Harbor East as well as Fell's Point. Take Pratt Street all the way down past the Aquarium and make a right onto Presidents Street (where I83 ends). Little Italy is just to the left of President's Street and keep going straight for Inner Harbor East (you can google map this). A little further down Fleet Street is the Fell's Point area. You may have to hunt a little for parking near Fell's Point but Little Italy and Inner Harbor East have a few garages.

We usually stay at the Pier V hotel which is adjacent to the acquarium. Convenient to inner harbor as well as Harbor East and Fells Point.

Don't go too far off the beaten path. Sh*t gets dangerous down there even a few blocks away from the Inner harbor. I went there for July 4th one year and there was definitely sh*t going down. Stay aware of your surroundings.

I was there last summer with my son. We go to a different place each year to catch a game. Been to Fenway, Camden Yards and this summer we are headed to Nationals Park in DC. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Inner Harbor. The hotel is on Eutaw St, two blocks from the ballpark. Reasonably priced. Fells Point is a great place to grab some beers and food. I suggest Hooper's Tavern for a burger and a craft beer. They have a nice selection. Once in the stadium make sure to have a couple Natty Bohs and some BBQ at Boog's. He's usually there hanging out signing autographs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Good luck.

I was just there this past weekend for a metal festival. Most of the time we spent down there was at the festival, but we did have some time to take a walk around the harbor and visit a couple craft beer spots: Of Love and Regret, and Union Craft Brewing. Of Love and Regret is a bar that also has good food, and Union is a pretty good brewery. They are both a bit of a drive from the stadium, but not very far. We went to Peter's Pour House on the corner of Water and Grant Streets for lunch every day. Very good burgers and they have a few local craft beers on tap too.
