School districts all over the country are hurting for money.

Nobody ever said that better parenting wouldn't help.
But money is a big part of the problem.

Money isnt always the answer. Look at some of the school districts in NJ where we are spending 25-27K per student and graduation rates are less than 50%. No amount of money is going to fix that problem, it starts at home. We are spending what it costs to send someone to RU including room and board for HS? How does that make sense?
