It was time for Bobby to move on. He found the motorcycle riding was shabby in Vegas after 3 weeks there.

Absolutely

The same group of posters continue to do so in every OT thread where “health” is the topic.

Dream Team:

HC: Jimbo
OC: Bobby Petrino
DC: DJ Durkin
DBs: Jim Leavitt
LBs: Bo Pelini (he's available!!--as a bonus, he coached QBs in his first coaching stint-OC Material?)
RB: Randy Edsall
OL: Mark Mangino
TE/WRs: Les Miles

Recruiting Coordinator: Chris Ash
Not for nothing- Leavitt was my favorite coach during recruiting ever. At the I home visit- 3 hours and kept asking the wife if he could have more of her cooking. On the IV- just a complete pleasure and we spent so much time with him.
Funny thing is- season started and we saw this crazy man on the sidelines and we both looked at each other like- who is this guy.
BTW- Kev almost ended up there. But my wife hated the TB area. Funny thing is- she had been there twice with me for my best friend’s SB parties and loved it but the OL coach that picked us up at the airport decided to take the back roads under the throughway and all my wife saw was cars on cinder blocks in the front lawns- 40’s on the front stoops, etc.
she was like @no fing way@

You have a misplaced group quote above that does not fit here.
Did you get all "choked up" talking about the home visit at the Leavitt home? 😜
😜

Dude can coach offense. But that's going to be fun to watch.
fun to watch is right, could be a TAM quick fix if Jimbo keeps disappointing and is dumped. , if you want to speculate
But the BP redemption tour is in full swing and next step, if he helps Fisher have a great O is a P-5 HC job

If you believe what was said on a telecast, JImbo had no say in the offense moving forward. Those duties were being taken from after the season and the powers that be were brining in an OC and he's not longer part of that process.

If GS was reflective, he would take a similar path. Simply step away from that side of the ball. Entirely. He doesn't know what he's doing.

Very good coach. Scumbag of a human being on so many levels

A lot of people in professional (that's what college football is now) are. Players and coaches alike.

If only good people played sports there would be no professional leagues. Lot of miscreants.

Agree completely. But he is a few steps above the masses.

Looks like the Arkansas students will get more usage out of those neck braces they bought twice a year.
