They claim to be a no add on fee site, but in reality, they do, but at least you know exactly what it will cost before hand. At The Eagles Concert last night, we talked to a lady who got hers there, and they were cheaper, but only by $5 a ticket, so fees were built in, it's just not a surprise when you go to the checkout cart.
